As the private secretary of Congressman Kawada, Hirose has numerous duties, including: handling correspondence, managing his employer's engagements, and turning a blind eye to the old man's extramarital affairs. However, he finds it difficult to overlook the latest youth being bedded by Kawada. When their gazes first meet, the young man glares at him with poorly concealed hostility, and Hirose cannot explain why he would be immediately hated.

Wishing to know about Akira Tano's past prior to his involvement with the congressman, Hirose uncovers a suspicious suicide linked to fraud and embezzlement. Intent on warning Akira away from Kawada, Hirose suddenly finds himself being seduced in the old man's stead.
