Ibuki Misaka

The original wielder of Cloud Gouger, Ibuki, is a peerless swordsman regarded as equal in skill to Seiichi Samura. Following the Seitei War, Ibuki abandoned swordsmanship, but his life ended when Hokuto of the Hishaku assassinated him.
