Naotsugu Chiba

Chiba Naotsugu is the second son of the Chiba Family. Currently studying at the University of National Defense, he is reputed to be one of the finest magic close combat specialists in the world. A few of his titles are "Chiba Kirin" and "Ghost of the Phantom Blade."
