Saya Miyoshi

She is a shy and passive newly hired city employee, who, along with her fellow newbies Hasebe and Yamagami works at the city welfare department. She is assigned to the 2nd section that handles elderly concerns where part of her job is to listen to an elderly client's torturous rambling.
