Haruto Tsutsumi

Haruto is a Fine Arts student who rooms with Natsu in the Fukujuu Dormitory. He has a tendency to overwork himself in order to make money. Despite not wanting to get involved in troublesome things, he ends up looking out for Natsu. He sometimes has doubts about doing art.
