Utowin is a member of the Knights Moralis who works directly under Easthies. He is responsible for teaching spearmanship to the other members of his order.

Utowin stands out as one of the less serious members of his squad. While he does take his duties seriously, his blunt and casual demeanor contrast with his role as a law enforcer, which can make him appear less smart than he is, as shown when he tries to worm out information from Olruggio. Contrary to appearances, he's the one who nudges Easthies into a regular eat/sleep schedule.
