Bermuda von Veckenschtein

Bermuda is a essentially a baby Vindice possessing the Clear Arcobaleno Pacifier. Not much is known about it, although it was seen along Von Vichtenstein when he sealed the deal between Giotto and Cozarto.

The Vindice is briefly seen on Bermuda Von Vichtenstein's shoulder emitting a strange sound as Bermuda announced that he would be overseeing the vow between Cozarto and Giotto.
